The Spacers

Like vincent van gogh's first words, englebert humperdink singing while smoking a newport cigerette covered in toothepaste, crickets, traffic, sounds, see thru sound with xray glasses, sounds like the police are here... The Spacers evolved from the acid drenched cellars of Kearny NJ. The Spacers have been heard in the U.K., blown minds ‘Down Under’, have quite handily shaken up the West Coast, oozed their way to Alaska and now they’re ready to bring it home. And so it goes, the Spacers have tweaked a cosmic blend of music and poetry to a refreshing level that expands on the dynamic existence that persists within the heartbeat and breathes of oxygen that is life. They say that “sheep go to heaven and goats go to hell” but if they happen be in the room during a SPACERS performance, it’s not entirely impossible that they’ll experience the sensations of both places simultaneously. From the sizzling pork roll Intro of Bromang to the grim forebodings of Mercury in Retrograde. The Spacers have shown us that there is hope in this planet yet for the altered minds.

The Spacers have released 6 albulms since 1996.
